PRIVACY POLICY

B & C Bienestar y Confort S.L guarantees the protection of all personal data provided by the User on the Website and, in compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.

All personal data provided to B & C Bienestar y Confort S.L will be processed by the latter in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and will be incorporated into the corresponding register created and maintained under the responsibility of the Data Controller.

B & C Bienestar y Confort S. L complies with current legislation on the protection of personal data, user privacy, and the confidentiality and security of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of applicable data protection legislation, specifically Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the personal data provided, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data, and the risks to which it is exposed.

I.- Who is responsible for processing your data?

This privacy policy (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”) applies to all personal data that the user provides to B & C Bienestar y Confort S.L.

is the owner of this website (hereinafter, the “Website”), with registered office at Calle Vía Complutense, nº 35 oficina B 28805 Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, and with Tax ID No. No. B28764074, whose main activity is the sale and exploitation of movable and immovable property, both rural and urban, and real estate development.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “User” shall be understood to mean any natural person interested in the products and services that B & C Bienestar y Confort S.L offers through its Website.

B & C Bienestar y Confort S.L. will request, prior to the provision of personal data, the express consent of the User to this Privacy Policy, when necessary, and to any other aspect that requires prior authorization from the User.

II.- For what purpose do we process your personal data?

The User is hereby informed that B & C Bienestar y Confort S.L will process personal data for the purposes indicated below, to the extent that there is a legal basis for each type of processing, as explained below:

(a) To guarantee the User access to and use of the Website, as well as for the management, study, and resolution of queries.

(b) To facilitate the User’s relationship with B & C Bienestar y Confort S.L and, where appropriate, the contracting of a service.

(c) To inform the User by any means, including the sending of commercial communications and commercial prospecting to the email address that the User may provide to B & C Bienestar y Confort S.L, of documentation about the company, its activities, products, and services, as well as documentation of various kinds.

(d) To fulfill legal obligations with different public administrations and institutions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to provide all Personal Data requested, without which it is not possible to provide information about the activities and services of B & C Bienestar y Confort S.L.

The data is collected for the purpose of providing information about the products and services of the Company/Self-Employed Person. If the User has given their express consent, the data may also be used to send them commercial information about offers and discounts from the Company/Self-Employed Person.

III.- What is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data?

The legal basis for the processing of data for purposes a) and b) is the need to execute a contract to which the data subject is a party or to apply pre-contractual measures at the data subject’s request, in c) it is the consent requested from the User in the corresponding form, and in d) it is a legal obligation.

In the event that the data is necessary to respond to an enquiry or to manage the contracting of a product or service, if the required data is not provided in full, please note that this may not be possible to do so satisfactorily.

B & C Bienestar y Confort S.L will collect and process the personal data necessary for the purposes agreed upon at the time of providing such data.

Under no circumstances will B & C Bienestar y Confort S.L transfer, exploit, or use this data for any purpose other than those expressly indicated herein.

The User may voluntarily provide additional information to personalize the service. The decision to provide such information is solely that of the User, who must give their express consent for its use and may revoke this consent at any time.

IV.- How long do we keep your personal data?

B & C Bienestar y Confort S.L will keep User data for the duration of the contractual relationship with the user and, in any case, for a maximum period of two years from the last time the User interacted with B & C Bienestar y Confort S. L or until the User revokes their consent, without prejudice to the storage that may be necessary for the formulation, exercise, or defense of potential claims and/or whenever permitted by applicable legislation during the limitation periods for legal actions, and/or established in the applicable regulations in force after the end of the contractual relationship. Once the aforementioned period has ended, the Company undertakes to cease processing all your data and, where appropriate, to block it in the Company’s corresponding databases.

The data will be blocked when their rectification or deletion is requested.
Data blocking consists of identifying and reserving the data, adopting technical and organizational measures to prevent its processing, including its visualization, except for making the data available to judges and courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, or the competent Public Administrations—particularly data protection authorities—for the purpose of determining possible responsibilities arising from the processing and only for the statute of limitations period. Once this period has passed, the data must be destroyed. Blocked data cannot be processed for any purpose other than that stated in the previous section.

VI. – What are the users’ rights?

B & C Bienestar y Confort S.L informs the User of their right to freely exercise their rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure, portability, and restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to automated decision-making involving personal data, by sending a written and signed request to the following address: protecciondatos@wilcox.es or to the registered office of B & C Bienestar y Confort S.L, indicating their contact information and the reference: «Data Protection. Exercise of GDPR rights,» which must include: their full name, a copy of their ID (passport or other valid identifying document), the specific request, a notification address, date, and signature.

The User has the right to object to the processing of their data for promotional purposes to receive commercial communications by simply notifying B & C Bienestar y Confort S.L of their intention using the process described above. The User may also unsubscribe from commercial communications in the manner indicated in each such communication.

In addition to the rights mentioned above, the User may withdraw previously given consent at any time using the same procedure, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal. B & C Bienestar y Confort S.L may continue processing the User’s data as permitted by applicable law.

B & C Bienestar y Confort S.L reminds the User of their right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

B & C Bienestar y Confort S.L warns the User that, except in cases of legally established and proven representation, no User may use another person’s identity or provide their personal data. In this regard, the User will be solely responsible for any direct and/or indirect damage caused to third parties or to B & C Bienestar y Confort S.L by the use of another person’s personal data or their own data if they are false, erroneous, outdated, inadequate, or irrelevant.
